If you’re ready for more than short exercises to test the waters, here are some ways to help you work your creative muscles individually, or as a team:
Stanford University’s famous d.school (Design School) has a free “Starter Kit”, a 3-hour module that allows you to take your team through a fun, impactful design thinking challenge. Get your creative juices flowing, work together as a team, and see how to turn team creativity into imaginative, but practical solutions. Use an in-house facilitator, or hire us to walk you through it.
Have you ever considered creating an artist residency? Residencies come in all scopes and varieties and can welcome artists from any discipline. They can be a great way to welcome some creative energy into your team, learn from someone who works in “creative mode” much of the time, connect to the community, and gain new insights. Reach out if you are interested in learning more.
