How many members of our team should we bring?
We strongly recommend bringing at least two members of your team, and at least one of them should be a board member. Anything you learn about how boards work best, and any modifications you may consider as a result will be faster and easier to implement if they are driven by a board member who has attended. Feel free to bring as many members as you want!
Commitment: Attend all four sessions of the program in order to be eligible for potential board member matching.
