A well-planned and executed fundraising program is essential for any arts organization’s long-term vision and success. But how do you start? Join Jennifer O’Neill for a session on fundraising essentials and learn how to start or grow a fundraising program. Topics we’ll cover include:
- developing a basic fundraising plan
- engaging with your board for maximum impact
- starting/increasing major gifts
- sponsorships (and how they differ from charitable gifts)
- donor stewardship and where to look for funding
Whether your organization is volunteer-driven or has paid staff, the principles of a fundraising program can help it succeed.
