Do you deal with a lot of different personalities in your work? Do you and your team have what you need to succeed, including an understanding of your organization’s core beliefs and values, and a way to effectively measure performance?
BANL is pleased to present a Human Resources workshop facilitated by Chad Decker of People Stuff NL.
This workshop will provide people working in the arts with an overview of common Human Resource practices and how to put them into action, including:
- Why emotional intelligence is important and how to increase it in the workplace
- Tips and tricks for working with different personalities
- How to handle conflict resolution
- Conducting effective performance reviews
Chad will share his experience and expertise to help arts organizations and employees get on the same page, become better engaged and take their performance to the next level.
While there will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session, we encourage participants to submit their Human Resource questions in advance either through the registration form or by emailing our Program Coordinator Hazel Eckert at firstname.lastname@example.org by 5:00 pm on Friday, May 21. This will allow Chad to prepare in-depth answers, offering you more insights during the session.
This workshop will be hosted via Zoom. A link to the event will be shared with your registration confirmation email.
