1:00 – 2:00 pm (NL) | Free

Do you dream of organizing your projects, schedule, contacts, funding info, materials etc. within a single digital home? Are you interested in applying your creative skills to building your own software solutions to help manage your creative business or arts organization? In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to use free collaborative no-code tools to create a connected system that helps you run your business all in one place.

Andy Farnsworth is a rabid learner and builder whose happiest moments are in finding and pushing on the boundaries of organizing. After an early career in nonprofit administration, Andy worked in Ontario on financial and strategic guidance, policy development, and business transformation with municipal governments, the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, and the Toronto Transit Commission. In 2022, Andy founded Morning Strategy, a creative work design agency, now based in St. John's, NL.

Andy's also a side-of-desk electronic musician, creating and performing under the name Morning Strategy.

Morning Strategy is a work design agency that puts worker and org learning above all else. We design & build custom, lightweight digital tools (eg, process/project/task/inventory/asset management, CRM, company wiki), to help you manage your work, grow your business, prototype new products & services, and adapt to complex operating environments.

We consult with teams and deliver training to optimize & transform business processes, automate & digitize workflows, assemble robust tech stacks, procure and develop software, and augment business processes with AI.
