Artists and arts administrators have questions, and you just might have the answers. Help a local artist or organization overcome obstacles, find new ways to grow, or connect to the community. You don’t need to be an artist to have insights and experience that could be hugely beneficial to the creative sector.

  • Grow to Lead connects leaders in the arts and business communities. These 10-month, one-on-one mentorships help strengthen the arts sector, one relationship at a time. Honorarium offered.

  • Team Up with the Arts provides nonprofit governance training for volunteers and arts professionals. Upon completion of the program, participants have the opportunity to be matched with an arts board in the community.
