BVA is a matching service that connects volunteers from the private and public sectors, including lawyers, accountants, marketing and communications professionals, and others, with local artists and arts organizations for 1-2 hour pro bono connections.

Our Business Workshops for Artists focus on subjects such as grant writing, social media marketing, preparing your taxes, fundraising, copyright, and more.

Grow to Lead connects leaders in the arts and business communities to help strengthen the arts sector, one relationship at a time. Mentorship pairs work closely together for a minimum of 3 hours per month, for ten months.

Team Up With the Arts unites members of the creative sector in the province with potential volunteers who want to make an impact. Together, participants learn through a four-part program created in partnership with the Gardiner Centre, which provides a foundational understanding of governance. Upon completion, volunteers may choose to be matched to join the board of one of the participating arts organizations.
