FAQS:

  • We are looking for holiday-themed graphics and/or custom type that are colourful and bold. These spot graphics will be used to frame text, e.g., the titles on the front cover of the guide, or to frame information on social media posts.

We are excited to see examples of type-driven designs that showcase custom type and/or hand lettering as the title is the focus of the cover.

We encourage applicants to review our previous guides and our Instagram feed to better understand the style and application of the type of graphics we're looking for. So far we have had:

    • 2020 was a snowy landscape

    • 2021 was seasonal florals

    • 2022 was custom type and gifts that referenced hand-painted signs

    • 2023 was a winter wonderland skate scene

  • Yes, 3 samples of work that demonstrate your creative style and ability to produce vector-based work. We also encourage you to provide a link to your website or Instagram page to give us the opportunity to view a broader range of your work.

  • JPGs under 5MB.
