Indicators within this dimension include but are not limited to:

  • Number of Likes (on a particular image, campaign etc.)

  • Number of follows

  • Number of shares

  • Age

Communications and marketing

  • Overall reach to the target market

    • Where are applications coming from?

    • Where are the gaps?

Economic Development

  • Number of staff (full-time, part-time, contractual etc.)

  • Income Generation/Revenue Diversification

    • Number of revenue streams

    • Value ($) of (inbound) philanthropic donations, categorized by Donor

    • Number of donors

    • Value ($) of government funding, categorized by level (municipal, provincial, federal)

    • Value ($) of earned revenue

    • Value ($) of fundraised revenue (through fundraising activities such as special events, raffle draws, silent auctions etc.)

    • Value ($) of grant funding (if distinguishable from previous categories)
